On Tuesday 25^th October the Police launched their Farm Watch Property marking campaign at Ulverston Auction Mart.

The team was successful in obtaining funding from the PCC for 100 property marking kits which have been distributed to previous victims of rural theft in the past year. The remaining kits are offered free to rural premises which have not previously been in receipt of Selecta DNA property marking campaigns. This is a first come first served offer and anyone interested should contact either PCSO Paul Harris at Ulverston Blue Light Hub or PCSO Debbie Ross at Windermere.
