A temporary road closure has been put in place to allow Westmorland and Furness Highways to carry out highway works which are expected to commence 1st November 2023 and anticipated to take 17 days to complete.

Location: A595 Foxfield, from its junction with the C5009 extending in a south westerly direction for a distance of approx. 1.6km.

Alternative Route: Via the unrestricted sections of the A595, A593, A5084 and the A5092.

N.B. Due to the nature of the works it is not possible to maintain access for pedestrian and dismounted cyclist through the site.
