A temporary road closure has been put in place to allow Westmorland & Furness Council Highways to carry out highway works which are expected to commence 19th June 2023 and anticipated to take 2 days to complete.

Location: a section of the A593 Croft End, Broughton in Furness from its junction with the C5010, extending in north easterly direction for a distance of approx. 720 metres.

Alternative Route: A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times and a suitable alternative route for vehicles will be signed and available via the A593, A5084, A5092 and A595.
